I'm not sure I understand this... I guess the plan is to stall with Phase Shield while milling the opponent with Dream Catcher, but what's the purpose of Regrade in all this?

Regrade resets the turn counter of Dim Shield. In best case, this equates to an extra 15 turns of stall
