OP version is basically just streamlined for speed. Probably more quanta denial resistant. Bit more reliable for quanta accrual. Also tried out a heavier dials version for obvious stall power. Found it to be fairly cloggy. Went with speed vs. a bit more stall power. OP version also can clog with too much of the combo in top half. Scattering wind might help sometimes, or just create additional clog/quanta issues. Also considered other tech like shields, dream catcher, innovation, etc.
Against unopposed target, OP version is ~9TTW (18 plies). Fairly consistent runs. 9/10 runs was 15-19 plies. Blitz version is ~11TTW (22 plies). Less consistent in my runs. 7/10 runs were 18-22 plies. 3/10 were 25-33 basically due to clog or quanta issues. Can be awkward if aether or SN are bunched at bottom of deck.
2 dials version might be a sweet spot for speed/stall.
