Martyr + Basilisk Blood + Basilisk Blood+ Equalize + Draft + Sky Blitz + Chimera = 200 damage.
That's an 8-card demigod OTK.

The rest of the deck is of course made out of quanta generation, draw power, and stall.
I doubt I have the best version, so any input is appreciated.
So far, the most consistent version I found is:
01kvj015rr036ve046u30174g0277l017b1057ee017kb017na057nf017n9037q90180b018pr

Mark of  :air helps a lot, as you can get scattering wind out easily.
If you have at least 1 pendulum, and either 1 SN or SW, you dont need to mulligan.
If you start 1st and have a SW or nova, you dont need to mulligan.
You rarely need to mulligan more than once.

Note that you can only draw twice with sundial; you dont have enough :light quanta otherwise.
If you draw all 8 combo cards early, double check if you have enough quanta (3 :light, 6 :gravity, 9 :air; technically also 2 :earth and 1 :life)
If you do not have the :gravity or :air, play martyr and use 2 BB's on it. The AI is not as inclined to kill a delayed martyr, and damage dealt to it does not matter.
The AI likes to hold cards in hand when you have a SoBr and the quanta to cast it, until suddenly it doesn't. (And it plays everything it can.)
This can be abused to prevent it from playing certain key cards, such as stormspike or sanctuary. It is not the most reliable strategy, but it improves winrate. Perhaps more precognitions can be used to get more value out of this.

Spoiler for demigod breakdown:
A number of demigods have such low winrates that they may as well be skips:
  • Gobannus: Burn Card almost always targets a key card at one point or another.
  • Kenosis: A 2nd black hole dooms you; sabbath can slow you so much down that you dont get to play the game.
  • Mirage: Clepsydra almost always steals a key card, and otherwise Innovation discards it.
  • Neysa: A single hit of Oceanus causes you to lose.
  • Odious: Epoch destroys you; a turn 1 or 2 silence can massively delay you, and final turn silence is possible. dream catcher can hit a key card.
There are also a few demigods where you need to be mindful of certain cards:
  • Antiaverage: Discord can screw over your :light quanta.
Only draw once with sundial; only draw again if you are given enough extra by discord.
Try to sit on low :light if possible to increase these odds.
  • Cardinal: Same as Antiaverage. If a SoFo comes out, use 2 dials at the same time.
  • Loki: Sanctuary is a big hit to your drawpower, though you can still win. Accept single-card-draws with SoBr.
If Loki's hand is full, or if you have no more :fire quanta while already having played a SN, try to end the turn with a SoBr in hand.
  • Nirrti: Nirrti likes to use sundial when you have only 1 card left; try to use sundials and/or scattering winds to draw into your last card so you have control over this.
  • Perses: Start dial chain early, as later on they will get destroyed. Try to hold on to a single SoBr (and 1 :fire) if Perses hasn't played a pulvy yet.
If there is a pulvy out, instantly play all your dials; if crusaders have already endowed, playing dials only clears handspace, so only do it near the end of the game.
  • Tempest: Tempest has innovation and stormspike, but not a lot of copies. Try to prevent stormspike with SoBr; after that, get lucky.
  • Thetis: Thetis has a few purifies. If you delay Sobr, they will still come out at one point if they are drawn.
You could use scattering wind on Thesis if you've used a precognition. More precognitions would definitely help this fight.

There are a few pro's and cons when compared to other OTK's.
I think this deck is currently not the best out there, but it might become better if AI changes screws over other decks (in particular spinfinite).
Spoiler for pros/cons:
ProsCons
Relatively consistent startInstantly loses against more than 1 black hole, +max hp, or purify
Gets +10% perfect damage bonusnot a lot of stalling mechanics
relatively low combo quanta costAI handles SoBr weirdly. This slows both players down
no need to draw during final turnonly 3 pendulums have a chance of not being found.
cannot be interrupted by any CCUnless they have no CC, you cannot play any cards early.
often gets +20% waiter bonusRicochet may kill you when you use draft.
Special thanks to Zaranir for helping with the deck.
before his help, the combo used to be martyr + BB + BB + BB + equal + PU + PU + chim, with :aether mark.
This is way more consistent, although that version could handle a single purify.
