It's not a particularly efficient grinding deck, but I'd pull out in a pvp (sadly when it got the dream matchup vs Septima's mill, it couldn't draw a single Stasis..)
Play War Axe, build up quanta, play a bunch of ricos & stasis opponent, cast innovation to refill your hand & fill your opponent's hand with Singularity. Sometimes need to cast Stasis on yourself at end so that you don't deck yourself out when casting inno
The trick is that drawing from a deck with Stasis buffs Axe without actually drawing
