From a glance, it's definitely scattered. but you have some ground in an form of a ccyb (creature control why bother) type deck. it's hard to say where this deck's wincon lies since you have some CC and swarm with oty, ffq, chaos elements with druid, and egg, serendipity, and stall elements. I'd say pick 2 of the 3 and build around those.
Selection wise, having both bonewall and dim shields in this deck don't really support it much, since you'd need consistent creature deaths to warrant BW and your deck is so large that dims are pretty insignificant. I'd say swap them for upped dissipation shields to make use of your geos and excess rainbow quanta.
I'd also swap out the supernova, either for more towers or for geos. Supernova is much stronger in burst, but with how it looks, i think you'd be better with the later game ramp than a quick early game boost. I see what you mean by lack of early game Quanta, but 10 towers out of 53 is already lacking, as well as relying on geos to stabilize your resources. If you're using geos, go all in on geos.
I can't really give a fix to this, since i don't know what direction you want to take this, but shaving off excess cards and focusing your quanta to geos can't hurt.
