Ever wonder what happened if you combined upped dissipation shield with infinite quanta? This.

Keep pumping rainbow quanta with the lockets since you get more total quanta that way.

Obviously completely useless against RT/spell damage. Assuming you can get enough of those out before you get driven over by a pack of wild Armagios.

Mostly this started as a joke on the ridiculous amount of quanta you can pump out through lockets and inertia. Turns out it actually works although there are far better grinders out there.

Feel free to experiment with it. I'm not convinced in the slightest armagio + overdrive is the ultimate combo, it just gets kind of hard to generate non-gravity quanta after a while and everything else dies too fast and/or doesn't deal enough damage. As a bonus you can use gpull to survive until your lolshield goes up.

Okay then.

Going to test this out, as I literally don't grind, so having fun with decks is nice.

The 'oh' got left out :(

That was pretty much my first reaction when I got my first couple of wins against champs since I just find the inertia + locket combo kind of crazy.

Anyway the quanta spam + shield is the only thing 'necessary' for this deck, I tried a bunch of other stuff like dune scorpion + momentum and they work fine. Also did you know if you overdrive a creature and then use living weapon on it it won't die? You can overdrive a sapphire charger, use living weapon on it and finally protect artifact for what is essentially a titan being pumped full of steroids.

So interesting, but the combo looks weak to heavy PC. Does it generate much more quanta than just quantum towers?

Tags are supposed to be used to link similar decks together, and has to able to be logical when read seperately. Seeing that this tag has the tag "does" helps no one. I removed the tag and replaced it with one tag containg the whole sentence instead. (yeah, still hard to tell what it is, but having seperate words that only fits when seen together as tags is bad)

2 pillars: 6 quanta per turn
1 locket + 1 inertia: 5 quanta per turn

3 pillars: 9 quanta per turn
2 lockets + 1 inertia: 10 quanta per turn
1 locket + 2 inertia: 7 quanta per turn

4 pillars: 12 quanta per turn
2 lockets + 2 inertia: 14 quanta per turn
3 lockets + 1 inertia: 15 quanta per turn
1 locket + 3 inertia: 9 quanta per turn

5 pillars: 15 quanta per turn
3 lockets + 2 inertia: 21 quanta per turn
4 lockets + 1 inertia: 20 quanta per turn
2 lockets + 3 inertia: 18 quanta per turn
1 locket + 4 inertia: 11 quanta per turn

6 pillars: 18 quanta per turn
3 lockets + 3 inertia: 27 quanta per turn
4 lockets + 2 inertia: 28 quanta per turn
5 lockets + 1 inertia: 25 quanta per turn
2 lockets + 4 inertia: 22 quanta per turn
1 locket + 5 inertia: 13 quanta per turn
...
12 pillars: 36 quanta per turn
6 lockets + 6 inertia: 90(!) quanta per turn

Unlike pillars you can also use the lockets to generate specific type of quanta, especially early and later when you can just pump a metric ton of gravity quanta anyway. Oh, and every time you target a creature or permanent of your own you gain even more quanta through inertia. Especially hilarious with deployers since you gain 2 quanta for each inertia every time you merge a blob and you can poop out three of those every turn.

This is assuming you're generating rainbow in which case the locket basically acts as a quantum tower (+ the bonus from inertia) except an upped quantum tower also gives you 3 quanta when you play it.

Lockets + inertia don't stack so they can only be destroyed one at a time and the AI always seems to prioritize inertia over lockets which basically means an early pulverizer (or butterfly effect in the unlikely event someone uses it) is pretty much the only form of PC that almost certainly kills you.

The things that kill this deck are spell damage/momentum, poison, massive regen/heal and possibly heavy CC (avoidable depending on your damage source). If you get bad draws your shield might also get toppled but once you have a couple of lockets and inertia out very, very few champs can muster enough damage to scratch it. Adding a pandemonium or two to your deck won't hurt though, other forms of CC probably can't scratch whatever is mauling you.

I've tried several variations of this, replacing inertia + lockets with georesonators + novas using a mark of chroma and whatnot. The deck in the OP is probably still my favorite one since armagios provide much needed survivability with bad early draws and short of RT/squids surprisingly few opponents can withstand 3-4 overdriven armagios. Sometimes you might even draw them so early you don't need your crazy mad shield at all.

Getting georesonators out without adding life pillars or changing the mark turns out to be harder than I expected.
