selected card's active costs X more

selected card costs X more

last played card can't be played

last played pillar/pend costs 1 to play

last played card's upped status is reversed

your mark matches last played card (though this one doesn't need to track anything but element)

last played card's cost is halved


everything applies to all copies of (thing targeted) on both sides of field
