Atlantis: protect weapon/shield makes sense

Whirlpool: no timer, allow upped to be activated multiple times a turn
Maschoism: update text to match current bug where unupped has upped behavior. Set unupped cost to 2
Seraph: ability can target matchs our philosophy of letting what could target target. Seraph is usually the best target anyways
Unupped Wyrm: +2 hp
Chaos Seed 2.0: -1 cost
As an aside, we'll be keeping an eye on if Ash Eater is the sleeper op of Fire. Our current thoughts are that a more CC heavy meta will handle it. Same applies to Shaman
